Constellation: Crater (The Cup)

I've completed my first year at work. When I first came in, I never thought I'd managed to work in the promotion of Arab Independent Cinema. That title alone frightened me. And here I am now, working on this project, organizing Arab Film Weeks, watching Arab films that I didn't even know would exist.

Needless to say, an interesting experience for a journalism graduate. So many new people, places and events. And on top of that, films.

I chose the Crater constellation for the celebration. Some white wine or aromatic champagne woulen't hurt. According to wikipedia,

"In Greek mythology, a crow/raven serves Apollo, and is sent to fetch water, but it rests lazily on the journey, and after finally obtaining the water in a cup,
takes back a water snake as well, as an excuse. According to the myth, Apollo saw through the fraud, and angrily cast the crow, cup, and snake, into the sky.

The origin of this story is likely to be the juxtaposition of this constellation with those of Corvus (constellation), and Hydra (Constellation), in the area of the sky known as the Sea."
